What does it cost, and am I tied to anything?
On the Standard plan, registration and your request cost nothing, up to ten listings are included and you receive messages without limit. There is no commission — who you hire and on what terms is settled directly between you.
Will my request show my name?
On the free Standard plan it appears anonymously, without your name and without your profile. As long as “anonymous” is selected, no contact details are published either — interested providers reach you through the internal messaging system.
How precisely can I describe what I need?
You set out what kind of provider you are looking for, in which region, from when, for how long and within what budget. The more specific the request, the better the offers that come back.
How many providers are on the platform already?
PinnDeals is still growing — we deliberately do not quote numbers we cannot back up. Your request costs nothing and stays visible: providers who register see the requests that are already there first.
